Business Development Manager

LEO Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Global Business Unit Thrombosis in Italy. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business and helping people with Venous Thromboembolism by advancing the standard of care.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and expansion in the Puglia region.
- Provide scientific information and support to healthcare professionals in hospitals and specialty centers.
- Build strong relationships with physicians and other stakeholders to promote our products and services.
- Gather market intelligence to understand stakeholders' needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with other teams to gain access to key stakeholders and provide added value to clients.
- Scientific background relevant to the pharma industry.
- Italian proficiency and good level of English.
- Previous experience in the field and advanced selling and territory management skills.
- Knowledge of market access and pharma economic principles.
