About the Role

The Allrounder Cash/Trade Sales International Specialist plays a crucial role in identifying corporate client needs and exploiting sales potentials to acquire new business. This position requires a sound knowledge of transaction banking, including cash management and foreign trade products.

  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, aligning with Commerzbank's strategy and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers and specialists to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Take ownership of revenue growth for assigned client portfolios.
  • Provide sales-oriented advisory and service to corporate clients, ensuring their financial needs are met.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
  • Support the development of junior staff and contribute to Know Your Customer (KYC) processes for Corporate Clients.
About You
  • Hold a university degree in Economics or Finance.
  • Bring a minimum of 3 years of market experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Trade Finance and Cash Management.
  • Be fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical, conceptual skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
