About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Product Manager to lead our product development from conception to launch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product plans, roadmaps, and pricing strategies to drive profitable business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver premium quality marketing materials and inspire innovative digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, drive market share, and conduct competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Design and deliver product and sales training programs to promote best practices and success stories.
- Provide sales and technical support to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Technical, Business, or Marketing academic degree.
- 3+ years of Product Marketing and/or Sales experience.
- Excellent product management skills and ability to combine technical knowledge with business acumen.
- Proven record in value proposition marketing launch pack preparation and product launches.
- Experience in delivering product sales training and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English and advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
- Good knowledge of tightening assembly market and Quality Assurance or Manual Tightening experience in automotive is a plus.
