Job Title: Team Lead Media Sales

At Autoscout24, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Media Sales Team in Italy. As a Team Lead Media Sales, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing the Italian Media Sales strategy, focusing on car manufacturers, finance, and insurance customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Italian Media Sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Negotiate and close annual agency agreements with key clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and advertisers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop the Media product portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Multi-year experience in digital Media Sales, particularly in the Automotive sector.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in people development.
  • Structured, goal-oriented thinker with a solid understanding of numbers and technical or process affinity.
  • Fluent in English.
