Vi søker en erfaren leder til å overta rollen som Head of Production hos PostNord Strålfors AS. Som leder av produksjon vil du være ansvarlig for å drive og optimalisere vår fysiske produksjon av brevutsendelser.

Oppgaver og ansvar
  • Implementere strategier og forretningsplaner for produksjonen.
  • Optimere og utvikle produksjonsprosesser, produksjonsplanlegging og ansvar for å ta i bruk relevant teknologi.
  • Sikre leveranser og kvalitet.
  • Personalansvar; lede og utvikle ansatte.
  • Sørge for tilstrekkelig og riktig bemanning til enhver tid, herunder arbeide aktivt med å sikre kompetanseutvikling i hele enheten.
  • HMS ansvar for eget område.
  • Delta i forhandlinger med fagforeninger.
  • Koordinere aktiviteter på tvers av avdelinger, sikre at relevante funksjoner er oppdatert med nødvendig info.
  • Leverandøroppfølging.
  • Bistå andre enheter i konsern med kompetanse på produksjon og distribusjon av brevutsendelser.
Kvalifikasjoner
  • Minimum 5 års ledererfaring med personalansvar, fortrinnsvis for flere enheter innen industriproduksjon.
  • Regnskapsforståelse.
  • Dokumenterte resultater fra optimaliseringsarbeid / effektivisering av arbeids- og produksjonsprosesser.
  • Høyere utdanning, fortrinnsvis innen økonomi eller ingeniørfag.
  • Gode ferdigheter i norsk og engelsk.
  • Erfaring med bruk av avanserte analyse- og rapporteringsverktøy.
  • Forståelse for HMS og kvalitetskontroll.
  • Erfaring med å håndtere uforutsigbare hendelser.
Personlige egenskaper
  • Evne til å fatte rasjonelle beslutninger i hektiske omgivelser.
  • Høy gjennomføringsevne, både på «små» og «store» oppgaver.
  • Høyt engasjement knyttet til utvikling av andre.
