We are seeking a skilled Commis de Cuisine to join our kitchen team at Splendido Mare, a charming guesthouse in the heart of the Portofino. As a member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the meal preparation, maintaining safety and health standards, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Support the meal preparation, cooking, and preparing food for each service.
- Maintain safety, health, and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchen.
- Basic knowledge of cooking styles, equipment, and raw materials processing techniques.
- At least 1 year of previous professional experience in a similar role in a luxury environment, including school internships.
- Culinary degree.
- Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
- Seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 6s, Commis de Partie.
- Salary as per CCNL, separate payslip for 13°, 14°, and TFR.
- Monthly welfare incentive based on quality goals + welcome bonus.
- Accommodation in our staff house including breakfast.
