The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and programming languages such as SAS, Python, and R. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers, developing solutions that meet their specific needs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on data analytics and machine learning solutions
  • Develop and implement data analytics and machine learning solutions using Altair's RapidMiner platform and other technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic solutions
  • Deliver presentations and training sessions to customers and internal stakeholders on data analytics and machine learning best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and machine learning
