We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at BCS Automotive. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects in accordance with customer and BCS targets.
- Project Implementation: Coordinate activities within the plant, ensuring all departments are informed and tasks are completed on time.
- Project Tracking: Create and maintain project reports, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Change Management: Coordinate changes within assigned projects, ensuring minimal scrap and efficient material flow.
- Sample Production: Oversee the organization of sample production, ensuring material preparation, record-keeping, and timely completion of samples.
- Engineering University degree
- Good English knowledge
- Ability to lead project teams
- Able to organize and delegate tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Communication skills
- Stress resistance
- Minimum of 2 years working as Program or Project Manager
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is an advantage
