We are seeking a motivated and skilled Change and Launch Coordinator to drive our projects forward. In this role, you will be instrumental in:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive timelines for new project implementations, aligning customer deadlines with BCS objectives. Act as a liaison between Project Management, global functions, and manufacturing sites for designated projects. Assemble internal project teams with members selected by respective department managers.
  • Project Execution: Oversee activities within the manufacturing plant, ensuring all departments are informed and prepared for their tasks. Address any issues that arise promptly and organize customer visits during project launches.
  • Project Status Monitoring: Generate detailed reports on project progress for management. Identify potential risks due to delayed tasks and implement corrective measures to meet deadlines. Adjust project plans as necessary to guarantee successful completion.
  • Change Management: Coordinate changes within assigned projects from the plant's perspective. Create timelines for implementing designated changes, ensuring alignment with customer deadlines and BCS goals. Manage activities related to change oversight and ensure efficient material flow.
  • Change Status Tracking: Ensure that changes are executed with minimal waste and implement systems to reduce scrap. Monitor deadlines and escalate any potential delays, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Sample Production Organization: Oversee the production of designated samples in accordance with internal guidelines. Ensure material preparation and maintain accurate records of produced samples. Address any issues in coordinating inputs from other departments and participate in regular reviews of samples with the logistics team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering
  • Proficient in English
  • Proven ability to lead project teams
  • Strong organizational and delegation skills
  • Capability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Background in the Automotive Industry is advantageous
