About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional professional with relevant experience who is passionate about e-commerce and entrepreneurship. The successful candidate will join our Executive Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in heading into the next growth phase. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a high-performing local team (support, business development & optionally tech)
  • Driving Business Development Initiatives (local markets partnerships, paid media, email campaigns)
  • Working cross-functionally with a global tech team to elevate the product
  • Planning and executing business operations (own region P&L)
  • Developing and executing strategies and annual work plans for the local team
  • Managing local market relationships with key companies from the e-commerce ecosystem
  • Being the face of Linker Cloud in the region

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 6+ years of professional experience
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce in the region (marketplaces, e-shops, e-commerce SaaS solutions, fulfillment providers, shipping automation companies, etc.)
  • Great understanding of market conditions and industry trends
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and great organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills to help guide market leaders and teams to achieve their business goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Italian)
  • Comfort with customer relationship management
  • Team player with a passion for learning
  • Flexible, professional, accurate, and structured
  • Outgoing, friendly, and fun to be around
