Baxter, a leading healthcare company, is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe region. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading regional strategy, ensuring country alignment, and driving profitable sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective commercial execution and launch readiness
  • Analyze business performance and recommend enhancements or corrective actions to plans and capabilities
  • Lead cluster-wide activities and campaigns to drive revenue growth and market development
  • Articulate cluster needs and market intelligence to GBU and regional stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Extensive marketing and commercial experience in the medical device/pharma industry
  • University degree: Master's/PhD degree, MBA is a plus
  • Demonstrated record of success in driving new product sales
  • Background in strategic planning and business development helpful
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills
  • Top communication, influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills
