About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Marketing Southern Europe to lead our marketing efforts in Italy, Portugal, Spain, and Greece. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives revenue growth and brand awareness in these markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and activities
  • Manage a budget of approximately €10m in media spend
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, commercial, and digital, to ensure a joined-up customer approach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including tourist boards, airports, and third-party partners
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading marketing teams and driving revenue growth
  • Fluent Italian and English speaking, with Spanish or Portuguese an advantage
  • Strong media understanding and experience of all media types, including online and offline
  • Experience of managing a multi-million euro marketing budget
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
