About the Role

Baxter is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe region. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading regional strategy, ensuring country alignment, and analyzing business performance to recommend enhancements or corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective launch execution and compliance
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform outreach strategies and increase customer conversions
  • Provide data and insights to inform product introductions and optimize the portfolio in-country growth and profitability
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
Requirements
  • Extensive marketing/commercial experience in the medical device/pharma industry required
  • University degree: Master's/PhD degree, MBA is a plus
  • Background in strategic planning and business development helpful
  • Preferably training and experience in digital marketing with performance history
