Revolutionizing Kidney Care in Southern Europe

Baxter is embarking on a transformative journey to separate its ~$5B Kidney Care segment into a standalone company, Vantive. As a key player in this endeavor, we are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Greece) region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs, to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Lead the development of targeted product profiles and financial business cases to inform product introductions and portfolio optimization.
  • Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns to engage healthcare professionals and payers, leveraging digital channels to drive product penetration and routine-use.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to inform outreach strategies and increase customer conversions.
  • Build lasting relationships with key opinion leaders to inform segmentation, targeting, and positioning of products.
Requirements:
  • Extensive marketing/commercial experience in the Medical Device/Pharma industry, with a strong background in strategic planning and business development.
  • Proven track record of driving new product sales and operating successfully in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to adapt to change and manage ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment.
