Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead thermal energy projects worldwide, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients globally.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects from feasibility to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage thermal projects across various stages, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.
  • Direct technical teams, monitor contractual aspects, and mentor junior engineers to ensure project success.
  • Support business development and tendering efforts, contributing to proposal preparation and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with clients, providing expert advice and managing interfaces between main contractors.
  • Evaluate project risks, issues, and impacts, ensuring adherence to statutory and corporate health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified engineer with extensive experience in large-scale thermal energy projects using gas turbines.
  • Strong background in plant performance, technical specifications, and project management.
  • Demonstrable experience in client-facing roles, team leadership, and budget control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate specialists and develop strong relationships with clients.

Benefits:

  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
