Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our front office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and supervise the front office team to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Manage the front office operations, including the reception, concierge, and reservations areas.
  • Control the cash registers and verify all existing accounts.
  • Respond directly to customer requests and complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Involved in the marketing of our services, including promoting our shop, restaurant, and events.
  • Act as a coordinator for the Front Office Manager and their assistant, taking over their responsibilities in their absence.
  • Report and communicate all information at the end of each shift.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented and able to anticipate and prevent issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to teach and train team members on sales techniques and customer service standards.
  • Confidentiality is essential, as you will have access to sensitive customer information.
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to optimize sales and occupancy, and to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Experience working with PMS systems, such as Protel or Opera, is highly desirable.
