Mixed Signal Verification Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixed Signal Verification Leader to join our team at NXP Semiconductors. As a key member of our verification team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of verification projects for our mixed-signal circuit designs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead AMS Verification Team: Guide a team of verification engineers and contractors in the execution of verification projects, assign tasks, and build project verification environments.
- Improve MS Verification Environment: Develop and implement strategies to improve the speed and efficiency of our mixed-signal verification environment.
- Bridge Digital and Mixed Signal Verification: Collaborate with digital verification teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and mixed-signal verification environments.
- Support Analog Virtual Test Team: Assist in the development and execution of production test programs for our mixed-signal products.
- Innovate and Influence: Continuously improve verification methodologies and strategies to enhance cycle time and quality.
- Grow Verification Engineers: Mentor and develop verification engineers within the team to help them grow in their careers.
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in verifying mixed-signal ASICs and leading verification teams.
- Expertise in Mixed Signal Verification: Strong knowledge of mixed-signal verification methodologies, including co-simulation and analog verification.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across organizational and geographical boundaries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in design and verification languages (Verilog, SystemVerilog, UVM, SVA), EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Cadence Xcelium/Spectre), and configuration database management (DesignSync, Git, SVN).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on developing and growing engineers within the team.
