Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to oversee the operational activities in the service department. This role is pivotal in planning, organizing, and managing the efforts of our Service Technicians. The primary objective is to effectively coordinate service maintenance contracts and repair tasks, ensuring that all necessary resources are procured within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversees service personnel, allocating team members to various projects as needed.
  • Plans and schedules resources, including staff, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project requirements.
  • Maintains communication with Project Managers and HVAC Service Supervisors to ensure timely dispatch of technicians.
  • Facilitates operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition teams.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and special requests.
  • Creates work orders, reviews documentation related to projects, and generates reports.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service skills, particularly in telephonic interactions.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, thriving in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proactive with a strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership in responsibilities.
  • Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows operating systems.
  • English proficiency at a minimum A2 level.
