About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Windows Developer Expert to join our Research and Development (R&D) department at Praim Srl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of our Windows-based products, including software agents/clients and customized OEM images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Windows team in the development and maintenance of our Windows-based products.
  • Ensure the engineering properties and quality of our software solutions, aligning with critical application goals.
  • Provide architectural expertise, sharing insights and best practices on Windows solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to integrate development activities with other products and teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in software development on Windows environments and Windows Operating System configuration/customization.
  • Strong organizational, collaborative, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a team of developers to achieve high product quality.
Preferred Requirements
  • Confidence in other programming languages such as C++, Python, or specific libraries and frameworks.
  • Knowledge and experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, etc.
  • Experience with desktop virtualization: Microsoft RDP, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems architecture and experience in Windows configuration/customization.
