Alstom is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects in our Service Signalling Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, interfacing with customers, and ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and interfaces with customers, suppliers, and other Alstom functions.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation and Alstom policies.
  • Guarantee respect of contractual milestones and planning.
  • Organize meetings with customers to check progress and identify improvements.
  • Deliver reporting and analyze financial KPIs and QCD performance.
  • Contribute to the "Continuous Improvement" process.
  • Support budget development and revenue plan control.
  • Guarantee respect of EHS laws and rules/regulations.
Requirements
  • MS Degree in Engineering (Management, Electronics, IT, Telecommunications, Mechanical) or Economy.
  • At least 3 yrs of experience in the same role in structured companies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP.
  • Working knowledge of financial and business principles.
  • Knowledge of Contract Management principles.
  • Knowledge of railway market will be preferable.
  • Capability to work by objectives in complex organizations.
  • English: professional knowledge.
