About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Operations Manager to join our team at Hines. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Building: Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of community among residents, including organizing events and activities that promote social interaction and a welcoming environment.
- Tenant Experience: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Property Services: Coordinate the delivery of property services, including maintenance, repairs, and amenities, to ensure a high level of satisfaction among residents.
- Operational Management: Assist with the operational and commercial management of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the property is a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff, conducting regular inspections and implementing measures to prevent accidents and incidents.
- Financial Management: Manage the collection of rents and other income, ensuring that financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, staff, and external partners, ensuring that communication is clear, concise, and respectful.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems promptly and effectively, using sound judgment and discretion.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports as required, maintaining accurate records and administrative systems.
Requirements:
- Education: Associate's degree in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Three or more years of experience in a related role, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
- Skills: Strong leasing skills, good numeracy and literacy skills, strong IT skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualifications: Profound experience in office management and basic bookkeeping procedures, basic administrative knowledge, and a very good English command.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift parcels and carry weights up to 10kg, and to stand for long periods of time.
