The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team in North Italy. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Reserve brand by building strong relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive customer business performance and increase sales of Diageo's Reserve brands
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Conduct market analysis and identify trends to inform business decisions and strategies
- Mentor and support a team of external agents to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Monitor and analyze customer business performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize investment
Requirements
- A strong track record in commercial development, preferably within the spirits industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and sales strategy development
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to achieving business objectives
- Fluency in English and Italian, with excellent writing and presentation skills
