About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Channel Partner Manager in France to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and build brand awareness through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners, as well as providing support and training to ensure their success.

Job Responsibilities

"
  • Recruit new resellers in the region through personalized visits and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, including resellers and system integrators.
  • Promote Rocware's brand and UCC products to customers and new partners.
  • Assist regional marketing activities by implementing our global marketing strategy.
  • Analyze the regional market's potential and gather valuable product requirements.

Qualifications

"
  • More than 5 years of experience in channel development or UCC relevant sales.
  • Proficient in French and English.
  • A relevant industry background in UCC, Video conferencing, or related fields is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree in business (or equivalent), Engineering, or IT.
  • Willingness to travel on-demand for business opportunities.

Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
