**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Country Manager to oversee the development and management of our Italian subsidiary. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the growth and success of our entity in Italy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in Italy.
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management or project director role, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian, English, and ideally French.
