As a Sales Representative for Ortho market at Dental Solutions Business, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and contribute to the success of our company.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned geography for Ortho products.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales quotas and specific sales KPIs.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and undertake lead qualification processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Ortho market, competitors, and products to provide solutions-based approaches.
  • Build a positive image of Solventum products among current and potential customers.
  • Leverage new market opportunities and proactively cooperate with clinical specialists, marketing teams, and distributors.
  • Utilize CRM tools for reporting and activity tracking.

Requirements:

  • University education (bachelor's or master's degree) is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in sales, with knowledge of the Orthodontic market being an advantage.
  • Understanding of sales processes and knowledge of selling techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and digital savvy to work with digital products.
  • Good English knowledge.
