Job Description
As a Client Advisor at the Armani Exchange A|X store in Milan, you will be responsible for reflecting the brand philosophy and ensuring that our customers receive an outstanding shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
- Monitoring your own performance and achieving the assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring that our store maintains an impeccable image and that our products are well-maintained and replenished regularly
Requirements
• At least two years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury industry
• Higher education diploma and/or degree
• Fluent knowledge of Arabic and Italian languages
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team spirit
