About the Role

As our European Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business development strategy and building relationships with existing and new retail clients in Europe. This role requires a unique individual who can develop new business opportunities for Gunnebo Entrance Control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a client hunting list, pipeline, and sales plan to ensure the assigned annual sales plan is achieved.
  • Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, identify cross-selling opportunities, and present applicable Gunnebo solutions.
  • Understand and interpret prospective clients' security, operational, and financial objectives to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management and 3 years of business development experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in the access control industry with a solid working knowledge of security solutions.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
