About the Role
As the first overseas subsidiary of BYD Group, our main focus is to provide European customers with new energy vehicles, rechargeable batteries, solar panels, energy storage systems and other new energy products, as well as related after-sales services. The Retail Design Project Manager is a target-driven, project management professional, who will take responsibility to implement the C.I. standard to the retail network and store audit in European markets in accordance with BYD dealership standard. Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Be responsible for all aspects of BYD store C.I. standard implementation including exterior and interior decoration, visual merchandising and window display, etc. in coordination with the headquarters. C.I. store material management including tracking the material production and delivery. Implement and control visual merchandising, display, and vendor communication. Coordinate the project with investors through all phases: from kick off, project feasibility analysis, layout, and zoning development, approval process through various stakeholders, up to final opening in coordination with the headquarters. Manage the processes and communication between several internal parties acting as a main point of reference and coordination with external architecture studios. Review construction drawings to ensure consistency with projects and concepts, from preliminary submission up to final construction. Coordinate the activities of various supplier and vendors, and assure timeline is being respected and aligned with Brand's objectives. Execute final inspection and audit before opening, to ensure quality and C.I. standard requirements. Participate post-project analysis and discussions. Work on the continuous updates of the design guidelines and processes. 7+ years of working experience in retail store design and construction management. Experience in dealer store C.I. project management in the automotive industry is a plus. Education background: project management, construction, architecture. Customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills. Resilient, open-minded and results-orientated. Excellent English language skills in speaking and writing Native Italian speaker is a plus. EU driver license. We Offer: Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.
