**Key Responsibilities:**
- Actively promote our international project in assigned territory;
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, grow the business, and expand our presence in the territory;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including API deals with potential and existing partners;
- Provide comprehensive training to new partners and ensure seamless integration with our system;
- Manage commercial deals with partners, including execution of required document flow and technical setup;
- Monitor compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including payment flow;
- Lead account management of an assigned portfolio of partners, including first-level support;
- Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports.
**Requirements:**
- Relevant experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in the travel industry with excellent knowledge of the country's travel market; specialized in account management or business development of B2B travel companies;
- Competence in API technology deals;
- Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an appetite for innovative technology; comfortable in a fast-changing business environment; team player; used to data-driven decision-making;
- International mindset: Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence;
- Language knowledge: Fluent in Italian and English;
- Readiness for business trips: % of working time might be required for market visits.
