Business Development Manager Italy (Sardinia)

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager in Italy to join our international B2B brand RateHawk, drive business growth, and expand our presence in the region.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Actively promote our international project in assigned territory;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, grow the business, and expand our presence in the territory;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners;
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including API deals with potential and existing partners;
  • Provide comprehensive training to new partners and ensure seamless integration with our system;
  • Manage commercial deals with partners, including execution of required document flow and technical setup;
  • Monitor compliance with commercial conditions by partners, including payment flow;
  • Lead account management of an assigned portfolio of partners, including first-level support;
  • Conduct market and competitive environment analysis;
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports.

**Requirements:**

  • Relevant experience: Ideally, 2-5 years in the travel industry with excellent knowledge of the country's travel market; specialized in account management or business development of B2B travel companies;
  • Competence in API technology deals;
  • Personal skills: Proactive, ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, with an appetite for innovative technology; comfortable in a fast-changing business environment; team player; used to data-driven decision-making;
  • International mindset: Ability to understand and work across a wide range of cultural contexts reflecting ETG's global presence;
  • Language knowledge: Fluent in Italian and English;
  • Readiness for business trips: % of working time might be required for market visits.
