Job Description

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Service Representative to join our team in North East Italy. As a Field Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical customer service, ensuring compliance with all aspects of safety, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install and service chemical feed and water treatment equipment at designated locations
  • Act as a technical consultant and liaison with customer management and technical counterparts
  • Perform water analysis and collect samples for preparation, labelling, and shipment to designated laboratories for analysis
  • Work with PLC controls, understand water process treatment design, and repair pumps, instruments, and control panels
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and calibrate feed pumps, controllers, feed rate charts, and maintain log sheets
  • Travel to customer sites and perform preventive maintenance and related services
  • Troubleshoot and repair pumps, instruments, and control panels. Calibrate feed pumps, controllers, feed rate charts, and maintain log sheets. Conduct preventative maintenance on chemical feed pumps, controllers, and instrumentation.
  • Work closely with Sales to provide insight into new instrument and new service opportunities as well as upsell service and consumables at existing customer sites based on need
  • Optimize system performance
  • Drive Value Generation Plan on assigned customer
  • Responsible for efficient week planning, service optimization & time spend vs contract
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or similar
  • Possession of driving license required (licence B)
  • IT Proficiency
  • Fluent in English & Italian
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory, at times requiring overnight stay, as required
