About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team at Bending Spoons. As a key member of our global support team, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer support to our millions of users worldwide. Your mission will be to foster exceptional customer experiences, champion a user-centric approach, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your Responsibilities

* Respond to customer requests in a helpful and empathetic manner
* Identify frequent issues and share feedback with relevant teams
* Represent Bending Spoons in addressing user reviews and collecting insights
* Prepare FAQs and improve customer care notes and documentation
* Develop a user-centric approach to product development
