We are currently seeking a motivated Candidate to join our Customer Care team as a CX Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer requests, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for service improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys
- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Developing reports and presentations to track customer satisfaction trends
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as NPS and CSAT
Requirements:
- Background in customer experience or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Strong analytical and data processing skills
