We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Accor. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Lead a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Manage cash handling, inventory, and other administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews to ensure staff are motivated and engaged.
  • Identify and address any operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the restaurant manager to achieve business objectives and targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
