Job Title: BioMarin Territory Manager - Skeletal Conditions

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join our Commercial Organization in Italy. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for delivering business results in your territory, ensuring our products have access to the market and that educational activities are properly planned and delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure BioMarin products have access to the market and are funded at regional and account levels.
  • Identify and engage with key customers (physicians, pharmacists, payers) in your territory and deliver key messages to ensure proper reach and frequency.
  • Interact with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Report activities in company systems, including CRM.
  • Analyze territory data and dynamics to identify key opportunities and recommend plans to leverage opportunities and minimize risks.
  • Implement commercial plans for your territory in partnership with other functions.
  • Collect competitive intelligence information and participate in company commercial meetings and teleconferences.
  • Report PV cases as per company policy.

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree as per D.L. 219-2006 and subsequent amendments and addition.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry in RAM/KAM/Specialist roles.
  • Previous experience in rare metabolic diseases preferred.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Commercial and customer-oriented thinking with experience in market access at regional and hospital levels.
  • Good understanding of healthcare systems, including access, financing, and public health policy.
  • Flexible, dedicated, and able to recognize customers' needs and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to discuss problems and solutions with KOLs and scientific societies.
  • Knowledge of rare disease space advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High integrity and personal awareness to get things done with trust of wider team.
  • Computer competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driving license.
