About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our Business Unit Dell in TDSYNNEX Italy. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Category Manager, BDM, and presales to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all quotes and orders follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer and vendor relationships through proactive engagement and communication.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and identifying new sales prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets through effective sales strategies and pipeline management.
  • Engage in active inside selling, managing customer backorders, and providing specialist knowledge to customers.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills.
  • Priority management and planning skills, with the ability to strive for set targets.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and IT systems for quotation, order entry, and CRM.
