POSITION SUMMARY

This role involves providing guidance, inspiration, and training to team members, ensuring they meet the organization's objectives regarding quality, timelines, yield, and productivity in accordance with established procedures. You will oversee daily operations within your work area, managing processes from initiation to completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Assist the Quality Engineer in the application and development of statistical tools within the workcell.
  2. Support the Quality Engineer in the design and execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  3. Facilitate production by troubleshooting issues and resolving defects.
  4. Ensure that capability studies are conducted on essential processes.
  5. Conduct first article inspections, review visual aids, and update inspection materials as necessary.
  6. Perform defect analysis and reporting.
  7. Conduct audits on both the line and products.
  8. Assist in the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.
  9. Comply with all safety and health regulations as directed by your supervisor.
  10. Adhere to all company security policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma along with a minimum of two years of relevant experience and/or training is required. A college degree is preferred.

There are two openings available for the first shift and two for the second shift.
