Quality Assurance Manager

La nostra azienda, Christian Dior Couture, è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Quality Control Improvement Manager. Il candidato ideale sarà un esperto in Lean Manufacturing con esperienza di almeno 10 anni nel settore manifatturiero.
Responsabilità del Lavoro- Mappare il processo di controllo qualità tramite il coinvolgimento di figure chiave per strutturare il metodo PDCA;
- Curare la messa a punto, l'aggiornamento continuo e la condivisione a livello aziendale delle procedure;
- Creare e sviluppare politiche di miglioramento continuo del processo controllo qualità definendo processi standard e procedure di 'Quality assurance' sia all'interno del polo sia tramite un'interfaccia continua con la rete dei fabbricanti;
- Disegnare, validare e standardizzare una roadmap di azioni di miglioramento al fine di garantire l'evoluzione e l'ottimizzazione dei processi di controllo qualità;
- Supportare il Quality Data Analyst nell'individuazione e monitoraggio dei KPI per misurare l'efficacia delle iniziative di miglioramento;
- Collaborare con il Quality Data Analyst nella proposta di azioni di miglioramento al GRP (Gruppi risoluzione problema) a seguito di individuazioni e segnalazioni di eventuali criticità;
- Garantire il rispetto e la condivisione dei KPI di miglioramento individuati tramite una presenza diretta nei vari poli produttivi;
- Monitorare l'implementazione delle attività migliorative da parte dei team controllo qualità polo e cliente;
- Supportare il Quality Control Manager nel coordinamento delle routine operative;
- Coordinare e animare i GRP per garantire la messa in pratica delle procedure risolutive;
- Formare e diffondere una cultura relativa a concetti, approcci e best practices di miglioramento continuo tra i soggetti direttamente coinvolti.
- Laurea in materie ingegneristiche;
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti utilizzati in ambito qualità (5VPDCA, 5P e Ishikava);
- Conoscenza dei metodi di analisi di miglioramento continuo e delle applicazioni statistiche di controllo qualità;
- Spiccate capacità comunicative e di leadership inclusiva;
- Capacità di animare una cultura di collaborazione, concretezza, efficacia.
