We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant with French language proficiency to join our dynamic team in Bratislava, Slovakia.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contract administration processes, working closely with our sales and project management teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Review and manage contracts data in our ERP system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Process data for new orders and order modifications, creating billing invoices and credit notes as required.
- Prepare and send indexation renewal letters to customers, requesting guarantees for placed orders.
- Complete commercial correspondence and support project managers with order-related matters.
- Communicate verbally and in writing in French and English, serving as the first point of contact for contractual questions from customers.
- Check contracts and approvals in our CRM tool, supporting and managing dispute resolution.
- Maintain the master data of our customers, communicating proactively with clients.
- Run calculations for customer offers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Fluency in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers, demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office suite, with effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Minimum experience working in an administrative role, preferably within finance or legal.
- Previous experience in finance, customer service, order to cash, quote to cash, accounts receivable, billings, disputes, collections, or contract administration.
- High proficiency with MS Excel, with ability to analyze and interpret data.
