We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Economics Specialist to join our team at KRUK Italia S.r.l. as a key member of our research and insights department.
Key Responsibilities- Research and Insights: Plan and execute research activities, employing different methods to generate insights for multiple stakeholders, including Operations, Marketing and E-Commerce departments, and make better decisions for our customers.
- Customer Behavior Analysis: Investigate customer behaviors, needs and motivations to validate the impact of our initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Select rigorous information sources, interpret results and data, and extrapolate conclusions from the academic world to the business world.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers and managers on research projects to solve problems with data, and present research findings and create a repository with such information.
- Experimentation and Modeling: Define hypotheses, design, and run experiments (A/B testing, multiple variable tests, etc.) and analyze the results identifying relevant correlations, patterns and behaviors, and design, program and run simple statistical and econometric models to identify key relationships between variables.
- Client Segmentation: Conduct client segmentation to identify and categorize clients based on behavioral criteria, helping tailor strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Participate in behavioral related conferences and events to stay informed about the latest market trends, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of industry developments.
- Intervention Development: Create sets of potential interventions to validate the insights gathered through the Research phase.
- Experience: 1.5+ years of experience in carrying out a full research cycle, from initial meetings to the final report.
- Education: Education in Psychology, Sociology, Market research, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, Statistics or related fields.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Behavioral Science (for instance, frameworks, methodologies, biases and heuristics, etc.), ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research independently, analyze results and generate business recommendations, knowledge about where and how to search for reliable information, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in English (B2 level).
- Soft Skills: Sensitivity to provide constructive advice to other teams, ability to adapt the way you give recommendations according to your interlocutor, experience working in teams, ability to empathize with customers, critically evaluate both your own work and that of others, and identify, analyze, and solve complex problems by thinking creatively and critically.
