About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Economics Specialist to join our team at Kruk Italia Srl. As a key member of our research team, you will play a crucial role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute research studies to investigate customer behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Analyze data and results to identify key relationships between variables and make recommendations for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement research projects that drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of research findings and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in behavioral science.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in carrying out a full research cycle, from initial meetings to the final report.
  • Knowledge of behavioral science, including frameworks, methodologies, biases, and heuristics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level).
