Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Team Lead at Dfs France, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Product Sales Manager to drive sales growth and improve team productivity.
  • Partner with the Platinum Services team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure the sales floor is well-staffed and maintained to meet or exceed brand and DFS requirements.
  • Provide feedback to the Product Sales Manager on merchandise strategy and execution.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in the luxury retail industry, with team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people at various levels.
  • Outgoing and assertive personality, with a desire to lead and inspire teams.
  • Passion for the brands and products represented.
  • Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
