Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Sales team at Dfs France.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a cross-functional sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the Product Sales Manager to drive sales, increase team productivity, and enhance the customer experience.
- Supervise sales floor operations, manage team visibility, and ensure optimal staffing and floor coverage.
- Develop and execute merchandise strategies, including promotions and seasonal buys, to meet or exceed brand and DFS requirements.
- Maintain high standards of product and brand knowledge among the team and ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand standards.
- 4+ years' experience in the luxury retail industry, with team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well with people at various levels, and a passion for the brands and products represented.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written, and a desire to lead and inspire the team.
