Descrizione del Ruolo

L'Inside Sales ci verrà a collaborare per sviluppare il portafoglio dei clienti e garantire un elevato livello di servizio. Sarà coinvolto nella gestione delle richieste commerciali e tecniche dei clienti, offrendo consulenza sui prodotti e soluzioni più adatti.

Compiti Principali

  • Monitoraggio delle tendenze di mercato e aggiornamento continuo sui prodotti e innovazioni nel settore;
  • Gestione delle richieste commerciali e tecniche dei clienti e monitoraggio delle tempistiche di consegna;
  • Collaborazione con il team tecnico per fornire un supporto completo su soluzioni di sicurezza anti-intrusione;
  • Preparazione e follow-up di offerte commerciali e sviluppo delle relazioni con clienti esistenti e potenziali;

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di Inside Sales, preferibilmente nel settore della sicurezza, elettronica o componentistica;
  • Conoscenza del settore componenti per sistemi anti-intrusione (preferibile ma non essenziale);
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con forte orientamento al cliente;
  • Capacità di gestire trattative commerciali e di lavorare in modo autonomo;
