About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Real Estate Town Planning Lawyer to join our team at DLA Piper in Milan. As a key member of our Real Estate Town Planning team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on town planning, building, and environmental law.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on town planning, building, and environmental law matters.
  • Assist with administrative aspects related to the authorization processes for the construction and operation of real estate complexes.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, working closely with associates and partners to deliver exceptional results.

About You

  • You hold a law degree with excellent academic results.
  • You have a strong background in town planning, building, and environmental law, with a minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience.
  • You possess excellent communication and drafting skills in Italian and English.
  • You are service-minded, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • You have a positive mentality, a 'can-do' attitude, and a desire to achieve excellence.
