About the Role


Borgo Pignano is seeking an exceptional Front Desk Agent to provide unparalleled guest service in our 750-acre Tuscan estate.



Main Responsibilities


- Ensure seamless and efficient check-in and check-out processes for our guests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest billing and charges.
- Offer expert assistance with guest queries, restaurant reservations, and experience bookings.
- Foster a culture of positive feedback and resolution of guest complaints.
- Collaborate with management to complete reports and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a warm and welcoming personality, with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.



Requirements


- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on courtesy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Excellent knowledge of English, with proficiency in a second language a plus.
- Familiarity with Opera cloud PMS preferred.
