Borgo Pignano seeks a seasoned Front Desk Agent to join its esteemed team for the 2025 season. As a 750-acre private estate nestled in the rolling hills of Tuscany, we embody a commitment to slow food, slow living, and sustainable organic farming. Our tranquil hilltop setting boasts elegantly curated accommodations, Michelin-starred dining, and a wealth of healthy experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure seamless check-in and check-out operations
  2. Manage guest billing and accurately post charges to guest rooms and house
  3. Provide efficient assistance with queries, restaurant reservations, and experience bookings
  4. Take note of guest feedback and address complaints to the department head in a timely manner
  5. Follow up and resolve customer queries promptly
  6. Maintain accurate reports as requested by management
  7. Show support and collaboration with colleagues and Hotel Management
Requirements:
  1. At least 1/2 years of experience in a similar position
  2. Think 5 stars and work in a professional and friendly manner
  3. Proactively contribute to teamwork and cooperate with colleagues
  4. Anticipate guest needs by paying attention to details and delivering exceptional customer service
  5. Customer service orientation
  6. A warm personality, passion for service, and discretion
  7. Emotional Intelligence: sensitivity to guest and colleague needs and emotions
  8. Well-groomed appearance and excellent communication skills
  9. Excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, a second foreign language
  10. Experience with Opera cloud PMS
  11. Respect for nature and values that the earth represents
