Front Desk Agent Opportunity

Borgo Pignano, a 750-acre private estate in Tuscany, is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Smooth Check-in and Check-out: Ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
  • Guest Billing and Charges: Accurately process guest billing and post charges to guest rooms.
  • Guest Support and Feedback: Efficiently assist guests with queries, restaurant reservations, and experiences, and address guest feedback and complaints.
  • Reporting and Communication: Complete and maintain reports as requested by management and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1/2 year in a similar role.
  • Professionalism and Friendliness: Demonstrate 5-star service and work in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Proactively participate in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues, and anticipate guest needs.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Show a warm personality, passion for service, and courtesy and discretion.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English and preferably a second foreign language.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Opera cloud PMS.
