Chapman Freeborn Airchartering is seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing business opportunities for our products in the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities for our products in the country.
- Maximize business opportunities by offering tailored solutions to meet client requirements within budgetary and operational restrictions.
- Generate and manage a portfolio of clients and actively develop new business through initiative, including following up on new leads, client recommendations, and networking opportunities.
- Create maximum awareness of CF GSA and cargo charter products and services to acquire new regular business.
- Assist in growing the products across the country, working in conjunction with brokers and the EU leadership team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the aviation industry.
- Italian and English language skills at an effective operational command.
- Knowledge of the local market.
- Experience in sales, account management, and customer service.
- Ability to successfully balance client needs with business objectives.
