CCH Tagetik is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Customer Support team in Lucca. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, while also developing your skills and career ambitions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Utilize our systems to respond to inquiries and follow-ups, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex IT systems.
- Organize your workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands, showcasing your exceptional time management skills.
- Learn to maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing outstanding service, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to analyze application settings, recommending software usage best practices and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Interact with customers via various channels, monitoring the resolution process and providing frequent feedback on the status of each incident.
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, or Humanities.
- Positive attitude and interest in working within a team of diverse skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, with a strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations, with a strong focus on incident management and organizational skills.
