About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Systems Specialist to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining SCADA systems that support our wind power operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 support for SCADA and IT systems in wind farms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, server hardware, and software to resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Offer remote support to service technicians in on-site operations, providing expert guidance and assistance.
  • Develop and maintain internal ticketing tools to track and resolve issues effectively.
  • Create and update technical documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Technical education in IT, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in server operating systems, Linux, and SQL servers.
  • Proficiency in VMware and knowledge of networking and configuration.
  • PLC programming and communication protocols (IEC, 104, IEC 101, MODBUS, DNP, OPC) are beneficial.
  • Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
  • Valid driver's license.
